Due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on opened or used lip products.

If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery.

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include your order number and clear photos of the item.

Refunds

Once your request has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow 3–10 working days for the refund to appear in your account.

We reserve the right to refuse returns/refunds that DO NOT meet the conditions outlined in this policy.
